WEEKEND HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR COUPLE IN BEVERLY HILLS, CA

Our UHNW clients in Beverly Hills, CA are in need of a part-time Housekeeper to work as a part of a team of other Housekeepers from Friday through Sunday, starting later in the morning through the evening (with flexibility). Residence is a 10k square foot estate in the hills, with a gym, theater, and spa on 2 acres of property. Fully staffed residence, new to this estate.

As the Housekeeper you must be a team player and work well with other staff members – often on a team of two as well as working solo. You will be sharing the responsibility of day-to-day and deep cleaning, laundry, organizing, and other ad-hoc projects with the housekeepers. Thorough attention to detail with finishing touches like folding the toilet tissue paper, replacing light bulbs, and making the beds properly, doing second sweeps of each room after someone may have entered/exited, assisting with special touches, guest arrivals and departures, and working proactively, expeditiously and with care around the furnishings and clothing.

The clients prefer someone with positive energy, an upbeat, low-key work-minded personality, and proactive mentality to continuously keep the estate “show ready”. Providing absent service when needed. You will be flexible with your schedule to accommodate later hours for dinner parties or other needs. This family does a lot of event hosting, parties, dinners, you must be “on point” with your service experience, worked in high level estates, and provide an exceptional level of service. Maintaining solid boundaries, always on task, keeping conversation to a very polite minimum with the principals is required.

This is a formal household, although there is no uniform, you will be wearing all black attire, (black khakis, black shirt, and tennis shoes).

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12PM-8 PM. Must be flexible to work later or work dinner parties/events

Compensation: $35-$45 per hour DOE, Benefits, and overtime offered, paid on payroll
