CHIEF OF STAFF, TRAVEL REQUIRED, TEXAS BASED

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to manage a client’s property in Texas
High level of experience required to manage multiple staff, renovations, advancing travel and traveling with clients when requested. This CoS will have strong structure and create good relationships with staff, vendors, clients, tactfully pushing back when negotiating. Creative problem solver, manage multiple calendars, high degree of personal organization, skilled communicator and delegator, good with discretion. No job is too small (pick up poop? sure!), enjoy working with animals, child friendly, understands boundaries. This CoS is a very conscious leader and not abusive of their position of power.
Flexible, adaptable and ability to provide streamlining and structure while maintaining a semi-casual demeanor. Joyful, friendly, good sense of humor, this CoS can run the home like a 5-star hotel with a very high state of order, and allow principals to feel comfortable and relaxed, and well cared for. Strong EQ, providing oversight of all needs – every job is your job first.
This position may also cross over into Personal/Administrative concerns, so managing Covid protocol when traveling, calendars, coordinating with principals about shipping luggage or other items ahead of time for efficiency. Tech savvy, good analytical skills, maintaining household budgets.
Hours will vary, could be 40 hours one week, 60 hours another depending upon what is going on at the property. Willingness to work odd hours or extra hours is a plus. Ability to travel – sometimes last minute – also a plus.
