Versatile Chef needed to cook Lunch and Dinner, Monday-Friday, for a family of three in Manhattan Beach
Like most of us, this family is trying to eat a healthier diet, they are seeking a great Chef who can help them with their food and nutrition goals. Generally, they prefer low-sodium, organic, well balanced meals, that are Mediterranean in diet, or pescatarian. However, sometimes they want to throw the diet plan out of the window and indulge, so they need a chef who will happily oblige. They would also greatly appreciate a chef who can prep snacks, smoothies, and easy meals for the mornings and weekends, left in the fridge.
Chef would responsible for all food shopping and maintaining the fridge (no expired foods!). The kitchen may not be equipped to the Chef’s standard, so to start out the Chef may need to bring their own equipment. They also prefer a quiet Chef, no music playing in the kitchen, unless with headphones. The Chef will be responsible for setting the table, plating/serving, clearing dishes and cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day. Not every night will require a “hot meal”, as some nights family want to eat later, so Chef can prep the food and leave instructions regarding re-heating to perfection!
