Beautiful Vancouver island is calling for a great Live-In House Assistant to support an older, very active, very busy couple for a live-in position! Good all rounder needed.

This position is for LIVE-IN support – that includes housekeeping, light kitchen help with chopping veggies, etc., laundry, grocery store errands and other assorted errands, administrative help (ad-hoc jobs), and other fill-in needs around the house.

The House Assistant will live-in the residence with the couple, provided is a private bedroom/bathroom, and all food paid for (unless you really need that 5 lb bag of Oreos, then you’re on your own!)  Vehicle provided to run errands. Someone who enjoys helping in the kitchen (not required but it would be appreciated), with cooking and baking as the MRS loves to bake! Housekeeping – general daily cleaning duties in all rooms, deep and daily service; laundry – stripping beds, washing sheets, linens, towels, clothes; errands – grocery store runs, pharmacy, dry cleaners, etc.; helping in the kitchen; general ad-hoc duties.

Family have someone currently, this person is leaving for medical reasons in the spring.

Monday-Friday, usual working hours. Competitive salary and benefits offered!
