This fabulous NYC family are seeking two energetic and independent Housekeepers to support full time in their West Village townhouse.

Prior experience working in private service for high level standard clients is required, strong attention to detail and working with fine and delicate furnishings and garment. Housekeeper is responsible for working on a team with another established housekeeper, with an “all hands on deck” mentality. You will do all services in the house – deep and daily cleaning and maintenance, laundress support, feeding their 20lb sweet and mellow dog, answering the door and accepting packages, breaking down boxes and managing trash.

1. The LIve-out position is Monday through Friday 40+ hours a week .

2. The Live-in weekend Housekeeper is Friday-Sunday exact hours will be discussed when interviewed. The weekend live-in Housekeeper is responsible for dinner nightly (Friday-Sunday). Family are not expecting a gourmet cook, but someone who can follow recipes, make salads and protein with vegetables. They are a healthy and organic family. Shopping for food may be required locally.

Both positions must be comfortable with using Amazon for ordering supplies for the house, taking inventory of what is needed (workman’s booties, masks, toilet paper, soap, etc.). Someone who picks up systems quickly, is eager to learn and enjoys the job; positive and upbeat, punctual and works self-supervised. You are the type of Housekeeper who truly “notices” things that are out of place, or broken or need that extra special touch; ability to help manage this lovely home, and engage with the family but also maintain professional boundaries.Energetic person for a busy, fun townhouse with organizational skills, ability to help MRS run the house.  Must have experience in a high end home.

Covid vaccination required.

This is a truly lovely family, who are kind and warm with their employees and want people who want to work with them long term. Must be energetic and able to climb stairs for work (this is a 4+ level townhouse). These clients need to hire ASAP!

Excellent salary with additional stipend of $500 per month towards benefits.

Working Days: Live-out position is Monday through Friday, 40+ hours/week. Live-in position is Friday-Sunday, hours are TBD
