We are searching for two Housekeepers to work with a HNW Montecito family. One hands-on Lead Housekeeper, and another day-to-day Housekeeper

Large residence in Montecito hiring two housekeepers: one hands-on Lead Housekeeper, and another day-to-day Housekeeper to be a part of a 3 person team. Must have experience with UHNW homes and families, ability to perform detailed cleaning of bedrooms, sanitize and maintain bathrooms, offices, guest cottage and movie theatre, as well as, other common areas.
Greet guests and advance rooms for guest arrivals/departures
Assist with dinner parties and events: setting tables, serving, clearing, support where needed

Days/Hours
7am-3pm either Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed
AND
11am-7pm either Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed
Duties
Daily and deep cleaning, laundry and spot treatment, ironing; maintenance of large home with movie theatre and guest cottage; handle seasonal closet and linen change-overs; manage organizational projects; help with serving meals, dinner parties; evening sweep and close down of residence (night shift)

Lead Housekeeper must be hands-on with all cleaning (this is a supervisory position however, this role does clean and do laundry). Ability to train others on proper cleaning techniques, laundry treatment tricks, good structure for organization and projects by season; lead other Housekeepers (2) with deep cleaning and ad-hoc projects
