Our clients are seeking an Estate Manager to oversee the full running of three residences – Arizona, Florida and California, in addition to some support with their yacht. This position is live-out with full ability to travel with the couple and between each property. The clients are offering relocation for the right candidate.

The responsibilities of the Estate Manager include:

• Must be available to advance homes
• Delegate duties, train and manage staff
• Follow up on action items, punch lists from principals and self-created
• Renovation oversight
• Supervising and calling in any vendors as there are lots of ongoing projects at each property

This is a full-time position; you must be at each location when the principals are in residence. Base camp is in Paradise Valley, Arizona for which they will help with relocation, and accommodations provided when the Estate Manager travels to the other properties. There is no set schedule, you may be working an 8-hour day one day and then a 12-hour day the next. As work needs to be done you are expected to manage it; the Estate Manager does not work a 9-5 job, and you will still work even when the principals are out of town if you are not traveling with them. There is other staff at each property to supervise. Overseeing the House Manager in Laguna, CA, then Maintenance, and Housekeeper in Arizona daily. No children or pets in the home, and principals travel private air.

Seeking an Estate Manager with at least 10-12 years of experience, a personality that does not get ruffled when there are quick changes needed, must be flexible!  Looking for experienced, professional, knowledgeable, mindful, and kind individuals with a strong service background and great management skills.

Location: Ability to travel across 3 properties and with the principal: Paradise Valley, AZ, Laguna, CA, Jupiter, FL, and the principal’s Yacht

Working Hours: 40+ hours a week-must be flexible for the needs of the clients

Salary: DOE and relocation/accommodations will be provided by the principals
