TRAVEL GOVERNESS TO BE BASED IN PUERTO RICO – RUSSIAN OR UKRAINIAN SPEAKING

A wonderful family in Puerto Rico are looking for a live-in nanny for their two school-aged children (ages 6 and 9 years old). The family are fluent in both English and Russian, so Nanny must be fluent in English as well as, either Russian or Ukrainian. Spanish is a plus!

The nanny will live-in with the family at their home in Dorado, Puerto Rico, with their own private bedroom and bathroom. You must be available to travel internationally frequently, (every other month for 1-2 weeks at a time), current passport and a commitment-free ability to travel is required. As the Governess, you will provide general homework help for the two children, in a variety of subjects. A Governess with a teaching background – former or current educator with a nanny work history is required. Experience with this age group is essential, ability to create engrossing, educational and developmental activities both at home and while traveling is necessary. Family prefer a Nanny who is engaged and paying attention to the children, not easily distracted. Energetic personality with a creative mindset to be able to keep up with two young children. Planning routines and keeping children on a structured schedule. Warm, nurturing, fun, active and able to run around with two young children.

Other typical Nanny duties. Work week is usually Monday-Friday with ability to flex on weekends/evenings if needed.

Relocation will be provided. Salary is commensurate with experience. No benefits offered at this time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with children in a similar role
• ECE or teaching background preferred, with Nanny experience
• First Aid Training, CPR Training
• Must be experienced with worldwide travel and have a valid passport
• Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian, and English
