TEMPORARY CHEF WITH BRITISH COMFORT FOOD COOKING SKILLS NEEDED FOR JOB IN JANUARY IN WEST HOLLYWOOD – LOCALS ONLY PLEASE
Our clients are visiting from the UK and would like to employ a temporary Chef from January 6th-26th to prepare 2-3 meals per day in West Hollywood. You will be comfortable with cooking British comfort foods, as well as, other styles (Italian, American, Mediterranean, etc.). Excellent kitchen skills, serving and clean up. Cooking breakfast/lunch/dinner or combination (lunch/dinner), switching with other Chef, doing food shopping, provisioning other needs. Cooking for 2 people mostly, but that number may go up if guests come over (with some advance notice). Creating menus, providing a variety of dishes, keeping kitchen and areas in use sanitized and tidy.
Clients are bringing their UK Chef with them to West Hollywood, you will rotate shifts with their Chef (hours/days TBD) and work in concert with the UK Chef.
You will have a minimum of 5 years of private service cooking in homes. A friendly and happy demeanor, understand boundaries and how to offer clients privacy. Please have a car available to do grocery shopping (you will be reimbursed for gas). You will be responsible for keeping receipts and turning in to the Assistant for reimbursement.
Rate of pay: Please provide your daily rate (this is exclusive of food costs, client will pay for any ingredients).
Schedule: January 6-26, 2022 (days/times TBD)
