Are you a Superstar Chef who is seeking a full time position in West Palm Beach? Do you consider yourself an artistic, next level type of Chef who can create a culinary journey for their clients? This position is for you and we are excited to meet you!

Chef will support the family from the home base in West Palm Beach, on a rotating schedule with another Chef, must be flexible to accommodate changing hours/days and weekends as needed. When traveling, the Chef is on 24/7 entirely and given days off to decompress when you return. Travel will be approximately 30% of the year.

Family are very healthy eaters, who prefer the Chef to prepare organic, farm to table eclectic and inspired menus; food preferences will be discussed with the Chef should this move to trial phase; no cooking for staff is needed. The Chef we are seeking will have long term experience working in private service, for families and individuals versus restaurant cooking. Ability to work long hours, being flexible and accommodating quick changes without getting ruffled. A humble person with a great heart and no ego will work best with this family. Prefer local West Palm Beach (WPB) candidates for ease of trial, but clients will consider out of town Chefs who are open to a new experience.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, smoothies, etc. will all be part of the repertoire, some days may be only breakfast and dinner, along with special occasion meals and special requests. Stocking, shopping, keeping kitchen and areas with food completely sanitized and organized. Ability to procure from local trusted organic vendors and sources. Detailed, organized, meticulous in the kitchen (keeping your space fresh and principal ready). Family are not fussy about formal meals, this lovely family of 3 prefer home-style, casual meals as they may eat at different times. They do eat dinner together, informally, every night.
