SOLE CHARGE HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR HIGH PROFILE CLIENTS IN MIAMI, FL

Our wonderful clients in Miami are seeking a Sole Charge Housekeeper for their 10,500 sq ft estate; 6 bedrooms and an equal amount of bathrooms. The clients are very private and travel frequently to their other residences; Housekeeper should be okay with working solo and being motivated

The Housekeeper’s responsibilities will include the daily and deep cleaning upkeep of the interior of the residence, organizing of closets, pantries, drawers, and other areas. Other ad-hoc duties including laundry support (when principals are in residence), possibly running errands and other duties as directed by the principal/House manager. Managing any vendors, service personnel, and ad hoc needs, ensuring that protocol is in place when vendors enter the home. This is a beach front estate, familiarity with keeping sand out of the property, and having a very detailed eye cleanliness is important.

The principals entertain occasionally and may need assistance with setting up, serving, and clean up. Ensuring guests are well taken care of, advancing the house for their arrival, parties, and special occasions, and being on hand to help with any type of service the principals need. Providing turn down service, assisting Chef or principals with meal prep on occasion, and other duties as directed by the House Manager and principals.

The schedule will be Monday through Friday 40 hours a week, times are TBD.

Must have a reliable vehicle to run errands as needed. Possibility of some travel with the principals (east coast locations).

Location: Miami, Florida

Start Date: Immediate

Schedule: Monday-Friday/40 hours a week (hours will be discussed in client interview)

Salary: DOE and benefits

Must pass full background and reference check.
