SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE BUSINESS PARTNER – SAN FRANCISCO, CA
SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE BUSINESS PARTNER – SAN FRANCISCO, CA
Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner to provide high-level support to a founder in San Francisco. This is a senior, trusted position for someone who has spent years supporting a founder or C-suite executive in a fast-moving technology environment and understands how to bring structure, sound judgment, and thoughtful execution to an exceptionally busy desk.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the principal’s calendar, travel, meetings, priorities, and day-to-day operating rhythm while serving as a trusted extension of the principal with internal and external stakeholders. This person should be comfortable making judgment calls, protecting the principal’s time, anticipating what is coming next, and ensuring that conversations and commitments turn into action. Beyond managing the day-to-day, they will have the opportunity to build stronger systems and processes around the principal and help shape how executive support operates as needs continue to grow.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience supporting founders or senior executives within the Bay Area technology ecosystem, ideally within AI, semiconductors, advanced technology, or another highly technical environment. They are exceptionally organized and proactive, but equally strong in judgment, communication, and relationship management. This is someone who understands how to work around highly accomplished founders, researchers, scientists, engineers, and executives and knows when to step forward, when to quietly make something happen, and when simply to get out of the way
