Seeking THE BEST of the best Senior Level Executive Assistant for an exciting new opportunity to work with a top Executive. Must be already based in New York City or willing to relocate yourself quickly.

Our perfect candidate is a strongly efficient and organized individual who can easily navigate a very busy desk and calendar, manage the Exec’s travel and communications. Someone who will ask questions to ensure they get it right.

This is a results driven led team and the right candidate will have the experience and stamina to keep up while maintaining a cool and calm demeanor. To have success in this role, you must be focused on the job, and the Executive, not the exterior office. This Executive is looking for someone they can rely heavily upon, you are the type of candidate who provides multiple options, and a very solutions-based thought process.

This is a very analytical Executive, they will require a sharp eye for details. Compiling and overseeing weekly reports—double checking everything, arriving ahead of the Executive to get the day started and provide a brief to them as soon as they walk in the door. Someone personable and able to build a good rapport with the Executive.

This position is purely admin work, not a creative role. Must be someone who loves to do the daily admin work!

Ideal candidate will have 15+ years experience supporting a C-Suite or higher level Executive with longer tenure in each position. Not seeking a job hopper.

Executive currently works some days in the office and some days from home. Executive Assistant will need to do the same, eventually working completely from the office.
