PUERTO RICO BASED LEAD EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR BUSY ENTREPRENEUR – MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH

Must speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish to be considered. Relocation will be offered. You must be flexible to travel and work after hours when needed.

Our clients based in Dorado, Puerto Rico, are seeking a Lead Executive-Personal Assistant to help lead a team of assistants for a very busy household.  You will be responsible for on-site support, setting up structure and systems for the assistant team, delegating responsibilities, tracking assignments and ensuring completion. Your ability to converse fully in both Spanish and English is 100% required.

You will support the family by elevating the team serving this UHNW family and their lifestyle. Private air travel, global trips at the finest hotels, suggesting and researching all itineraries and creating manuals, steps of service, SOPs, and more. Management of multiple team members is required, this is not a position for someone looking to start their career or with only 3 years of experience. This family will relocate from anywhere – the best possible Lead for the position. You will guide this family with experiential itineraries of only the best! This could be considered a Director of Operations/Chief of Staff and Lifestyle Manager – however your prior assistant/lead management experience must be proven.

You have a strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to be flexible with an ever-changing schedule and requests. Thick-skinned, quick response times, and you work well in concert with other staff/team members for this very busy individual and family.

To assist with the transition, Family will assist with relocation expenses and cover car rental for first 4 weeks, and hotel or Airbnb for first 2 weeks.

This is a Monday-Friday position, approximately 40 hours/week with paid overtime. Weekends are usually off, but you would need to be on call at times over the weekend.

Familiarity with clients with UHNW lifestyles needed!

Location: Must be willing to relocate to Dorado, Puerto Rico

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week with flexibility for weekends or after-hours emergencies

Compensation: Salary is $50-$100 per hour depending upon experience. They are paying $5k for relocation expenses, offering, four weeks of car, rental, and two weeks of housing.
