Great opportunity for a local Washington DC Chef!
Family of two are seeking a private chef who can cook and serve a hot Dinner 3 nights per week, plus create and leave easy meals and snacks in the fridge for two additional dinners per week.
This family prefers to eat healthy, organic, mostly plant-based, vegetarian meals and the Chef would be responsible for sourcing amazing, seasonal, fresh produce.
Chef will have full charge of the kitchen. This will include grocery shopping for produce as well as ensuring the pantry is stocked with favorite snacks and kitchen staples. Must maintain the fridge, manage inventory, and check expiration dates.
The Chef will be responsible for setting the table, plating/serving, clearing dishes and cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day.
Only 3 days per week are required and the days worked are flexible. When applying, please include your desired rate for this type of position.
