Wonderful Palm-Beach family is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to join their professional domestic team for their home. Someone with a true passion for supporting others in their personal and professional lives, excited to become immersed in a diversified environment where the energy high but requires cadence, and high-level of confidentiality.
The job consists of everything including but not limited to administration, (which can be heavy admin at times, with support of bill paying and invoice management), organization of the home(s), inventory of anything and everything, procuring items for the estate and principals, help with overseeing renovations at other properties (in the US), packing the client’s suitcases and getting them ready for trips.

The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting an executive both personally and professionally and can provide leverage to the team. They are happy to pitch in wherever needed to get the ultimate outcome, as is the rest of the team. This ever changing environment requires someone to be quick on their feet and can easily adapt to change, is highly organized, resourceful and most importantly a team player.
You must be very hands on – literally willing to roll up your sleeves and step in and help wherever it is needed. There is a “no ego” community at this household and everyone pitches in. They are seeking flexible and on-call individuals as there may be weekends and longer hours – ideal candidate is not someone who asks “what are my hours”, but someone who openly and willingly accepts a longer day. This is not a formal household, no clipboards or suits, but an informal yet mindful approach is what they are seeking. Great with putting House Manuals together, ability to travel with little advance notice. Strong personalities who do not take things personally will do well here, (remember that you are working with a village of other staffers). Collaboration is key, as is the willingness to jump right in. Proactive, detailed great thinkers with common sense.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who brings experience to the table yet still has a hunger for acquiring new skills and learning and no task is too small or beneath them. They are both proactive and thoughtful, humble and interested in an environment where their strengths will be called upon as they overcome challenges.

Administrative – Your well versed in administrative support and know how to manage a busy calendar. STRONG admin skills are needed for this role, and we will ask for work samples. 

Commitment – an individual who is willing to play full-out each day; someone who is dedicated and comfortable with long hours and a changing schedule is most ideal 

Humility – understanding you are but one piece in a much larger puzzle where every piece is both vital and important to the whole. You understand there may be better ways of doing things than how you’ve done them in the past.

Adaptable – no two days in this role will be alike which should be welcoming! A roll-with-the-punches, fluid mentality will serve best, allowing the beauty of possibility in each day to take precedence over the need for predictability. 

Must be willing to relocate or currently live in the Palm Beach area. Salary DOE plus benefits.
