Los Angeles based client is seeking a LA based Personal Assistant who can offer some house management support
MUST be TECH SAVVY, familiar with Mac computer and applications, Lutron system, Sonos system, ability to manage software updates, and help with some IT support or trouble shooting tech issues. Good with computer and program back-ups, knowledgeable in this area or able to very quickly figure it out. Responsible for all travel arrangements and itineraries. Client prefers a folder with all travel details clearly outlined (“car pick up at…, flight #… seat #…room #…etc.). Someone who really thinks out every step, very detail oriented, checking all flights and dates to ensure no mistakes are made and principal has all information needed for travel, events or meetings.
Calendar and diary management: booking and confirming appointments, managing vendor meetings (interior designer, contractors, etc.). Checking drive times when booking appointments so principal has enough time to get to / from each meeting.
Staff management: schedules, vacation requests, support with any issues that may come up, ordering supplies or procuring anything for the home per staff requests
Principal has homes under construction and renovation, and interior design, so there are a lot of moving parts constantly and the PA must be able to stay ahead, and connect with all parties, always keeping copious notes to share with principal.
Scheduling all maintenance work at the house: repairs, A/C, pool, gardener, plumber, and others as the house has constant needs.
Friendly but not overly familiar as principal appreciates a professional boundary.
Schedule is 7am-3pm (non-negotiable) as principal likes to start and end the day early. No after hours calls or needs will be required.
Benefits will be offered – PA will research a plan and principal will sign off.
