Personal Assistant to HNW Family in Salt Lake City, UT – locals only please unless you are willing to relocate yourself (some assistance provided)
Our clients are seeking an experienced professional Family/Personal Assistant who will be part of an existing team of household and support staff in the Salt Lake Valley, in Salt Lake City, UT. This position will report to the Family Office Chief of Staff (COS)
Primary Duties Include:
Errands for principals, transportation of children to/from school and appointments, restocking of various properties throughout the valley, assisting vendors with access to properties, maintaining home organization, pet care (cat and lizard) when family is traveling, incoming package / order distribution, managing paperwork (scanning, filing), assisting other household staff in various capacities (laundry, assisting chef, housekeeper, assistants)
Successful candidate will be skilled in the use of iPhones, Macs and other Apple products. Household team is app-based with task management software
You must have a minimum of 5-7 years of Personal Assistant experience (over the age of 21), prefer local candidates to Salt Lake City, Utah or those willing to relocate. Some relocation assistance may be provided.
You must have reliable transportation during work hours and a clean driving record
Hours Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Overtime and holiday pay offered
Some weekends and evening hours required (it is scheduled), when family is traveling
