PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO COUPLE IN SAN FRANCISCO

Our clients are looking for a San Francisco local Personal Assistant with a great design eye and renovation experience and start up energy! The perfect candidate is a self-motivated individual who loves a very fast paced environment and possesses the right skillset and personality in order to thrive in this role. You will  have excellent communication and follow up skills, a high EQ, provide status updates without being asked.

The ideal Personal Assistant should possess an eye for design and renovations to be able to grow with the position, as our clients have a lot of renovations going on at their property, so they need someone to help the Estate Manager be their eyes and ears for ongoing property projects, ability to speak with vendors and work autonomously. There is a lot of freedom in this position, and you will not be micromanaged. Someone quietly confident who can handle reno’s and vendors, check invoices, do bill paying, and handle the day to day needs for our clients (no children, one dog!).

As the Personal Assistant you will be running errands in the city, grocery shopping, stocking the home, and liaising with the Estate Manager on renovation and furnishing projects.

The Personal Assistant schedule will be Monday through Friday with some flexibility on the weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and remain organized
• Eye for design, renovation, and furnishing projects
• Thorough Project Management skills
• Flexible scheduling with weekend availability
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
• A self-manager and someone who is self sufficient
• Be a San Francisco local as the client will not relocate for this role

Location: San Francisco, CA

Schedule:  M-F must have flexible schedule and be available nights and weekends as needed. Hours will be discussed with principal

Compensation: $100k-$125k Annually DOE

Must pass full background and reference check
