We are seeking a Personal Assistant in Montecito for a great busy family! Must love dogs and kids!

This is a position for a highly attentive, team-oriented, poised yet positive assistant looking to grow long-term with an amazing family. This is a family seven including one dog. While this position is based in Montecito, the candidate should be willing and able to travel as needed. The Personal Assistant in Montecito, will be relied upon for all needs for this great family with kids and dogs!

DESCRIPTION/JOB DUTIES

• Manage family calendar including, but not limited to appointments, reservations, travel, horse shows, and etc.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review action items and facilitate decisions related to household, family, travel, schedule and etc.
• Collaborate with household staff – Estate Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Chef, and Nanny
• Execute personal and household shopping, shipping and returns
• Organize, pack, ship and receive deliveries and packages
• Make purchases for the family and household as directed
• Assist family with driving the children to their appointments/activities
• Ensure family vehicles are washed and gassed weekly
• Schedule and book personal travel and trip logistics for household members.
• Assist with packing and unpacking for principals travel
• Reconcile monthly expense report for company card usage
• Make personal appointments on behalf of principals
• Conduct and present research options when requested by principals
• Maintain clients personal files
• Organize and plan family events as needed
• Must be open to taking on new responsibilities not listed here as the family’s needs are evolving and will change from time to time.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include health, dental and vision, paid time off as well as paid holidays
