PERSONAL ASSISTANT/HOUSE MANAGER NEEDED FOR FAMILY IN BEVERLY HILLS, CA

 Our clients are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager with a focus on minimizing stress and making life simple for the family. The warm and loving family are looking for an assistant to fulfill this position long-term with opportunities for growth. Clients are very private and need absolute discretion and excellent communication skills with the willingness to go above and beyond to meet the family’s needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and oversee household tasks
  • Ensure house is always stocked with essentials; grocery shopping and online ordering
  • Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Assist with expenses, bill payments, and coordination with accountants and financial advisors
  • Organize and coordinate social gatherings and engagements, including guest lists, invitations, and venue selection as well as coordination of event setups and supplies to prepare and stock home for In-house events
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the client
  • Oversee maintenance, renovations, and upgrades of client’s properties
  • Manage and coordinate household staff
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining electronic devices, managing digital calendars, and coordinating remote meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal or Family Assistant or in a similar high-level support role, preferably with affluent or high-profile individuals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with VIPs and high-profile contacts
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Exceptional organizational skills with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle unexpected situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with productivity tools, digital calendars, and communication platforms

 

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Contract Length: Full-time/permanent

Schedule: Regular hours Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for exceptional circumstances

Salary: $70k annually/DOE
