EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR HIGH LEVEL CLIENT IN BOULDER, COLORADO – WORK FROM HOME – IN BOULDER OR NEARBY COLORADO AREA

We are helping our client with the search for an Executive/Personal Assistant who will support the principal both virtually from your home in Boulder and in their home in Boulder, Colorado. Seeking a dynamic, hardworking individual who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. The Personal Assistant will work to manage the client’s day-to-day schedule, administrative needs, travel, liaising with teams for non-profit ventures and other ad-hoc projects. A successful candidate in this role will demonstrate attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn. Candidates should be based in or near Boulder, CO.

Assist principal with building infrastructure for global companies, and non-profit organizations. Ability to make quick changes and adapt/flex in a fast paced environment.Calm, creative, enjoys assisting; truly listens to the principals’ needs and reacts with a good communication style. Works well outside of the job description and offers the principal a positive, motivated, energetic disposition. Prefer non-emotional, no drama, non-reactive. You will be based from both your home in or around the Boulder area and the principals’ home.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant
  • Ability to travel once/month to various locations (passport ready!)
  • Client service mindset
  • Polished communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom
  • Experience using various applications; tech savvy and can learn quickly
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Familiarity with sustainability space, non-profit organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client’s calendar: making reservations, confirming appointments, and creating itineraries as needed
  • Coordinate with international teams for business, meetings, Zoom calls, travel
  • Local area errands
  • White glove coordination of client’s domestic and international travel
  • Assist client with household management and act as a project manager in coordination with household staff and external vendors
  • Maintain vendor relationships and process vendor invoices
  • Submit monthly expense reports  and manage expenses for principal

Location: Boulder, CO

Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and emergencies. Times are TBD
