We are seeking a warm, responsible, and playful nanny to care for 2 children in Santa Monica on the weekends.

The ideal candidate should be a wonderful friend to the children, able to provide a nurturing and loving environment. The children are on a great schedule, and the family wishes to maintain that routine.

The weekend nanny will be responsible for caring for the 4-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy on weekends for 11-12 hours per day. The nanny should create a safe, fun, and educational environment for the children. Preparing healthy and varied meals, including salads and vegetables, will be part of the job, as well as assisting with meal prep and kitchen duties. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment is essential. The nanny will need to help the children with swimming and grow with the family by providing companionship and support. Working collaboratively with the housekeeper is also necessary. There are no allergies or pets in the home.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this job should have a few years of nanny experience. A high energy level and playful attitude are essential, as well as being Covid vaccinated. Though not a requirement, it is a plus if you have a passport, there may be some travel, if you desire. Flexibility with hours and availability is also necessary. The family is seeking a phenomenal, warm, and loving nanny who is passionate about childcare.

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Contract Length: Part-time/permanent

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 11–12-hour shifts. Times will be discussed in client interview

Salary: $30 per hour/DOE, PTO, and performance reviews
