PART-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT IN LOS ANGELES – 1 YEAR CONTRACT
We have a busy client in Los Angeles, CA who is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to help close the office after 10+ years of occupancy. The position is hybrid, where you will be working some hours from home and additional hours in person. The client is viewing this as a project-based role with regular administrative work blended in. This is a 1-year term/contract position (possibly more/less if needed).
The Assistant will have experience in helping dissolve a company as you will be selling off furniture, clearing out the office, preparing artwork that needs to be removed and put into storage, and a wealth of books and files that need to be reviewed and managed. Strong administrative support for scheduling, running errands, and overseeing any vendors and contractors. Client is seeking a candidate who is well-organized, takes initiative, is enthusiastic, and is interested in working collaboratively to find creative solutions to successfully close the client’s office down.
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Times and days will be discussed in the interview with the client
Salary: Depending Upon Experience
Must pass full background and reference check and be Covid vaccinated.
