PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER AND A PART TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR FAMILY IN GOODYEAR, AZ

Position # 1: Part-Time Personal Assistant who is good at organizing

Part time Personal Assistant to support a family in Goodyear, Arizona. Job will start after 7/31/23. The ideal candidate should be a fluent English speaker, highly organized, and comfortable with handling various tasks. The responsibilities will include sorting through mail, managing bill payments, corresponding to emails, planning trips and travel itineraries, ordering and inventorying, managing outside vendors and other ad-hoc needs. The role may involve running errands and assisting with various tasks. Assistant should have a car. Mileage will be reimbursed. Needed approximately 2-3 days/week. Possibly one full time day and 2 part time days, this can be worked out with client. This is not a full time position.

Position # 2: Part-Time Housekeeper who cooks/does laundry

Part time Housekeeper who cooks, to join the family in Goodyear, Arizona, as they move to their new 4500sf home with 4 bedrooms/6 bathrooms. The ideal candidate should be experienced in housekeeping (deep cleaning once/week and then maintenance support), cooking, and laundry duties. Responsibilities will include organizing the household, maintaining cleanliness, and cooking meals up to three times a week. The housekeeper will also do laundry, organize closets, hang up new clothes, and ensure proper care as per instructions. The home is shared by three people and a King Corso dog, who may occasionally be at camp or outside. The family is easy-going, and values open communication.

Housekeeper’s working hours may involve one day a week for heavy cleaning and laundry, (9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch), and up to three hours for food preparation an additional 2 days/week (11am-2pm). No errands are required.

Please note that the possibility of combining both roles into longer part time positions remains under consideration, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and availability.

Contract Length: Part-time/permanent

Schedule: Depending upon the position you are applying for up to 3 days/week (days to be determined)

Salary: $30+ per hour/DOE
