PART-TIME DRIVER – FAMILY ASSISTANT FOR BEVERLY HILLS FAMILY

We have a wonderful family in Beverly Hills, CA in need of a focused and thoughtful Family Assistant/Driver. The family have two children and would need assistance with driving them to and from school, and activities throughout the week.

The Assistant will arrive promptly at the residence (approximately 7:30am – always on time) to have the children to school by 8:15 AM. One of the children’s schools is 15 minutes away from the home and the other child’s school is approximately 25-30 minutes to their school (and 35 minutes back home, depending on traffic). School pick-ups for one child will be at 3:30PM to get them to soccer practice by 4:30 PM. Some evenings the practice starts at 7pm and ends at 8:30pm (during these times the family will be able to trade off with you so this later pick up would only be on occasion or in case of emergencies).

Errands will need to be run for the family as needed such as taking their dog to the vet or for walks, go to the grocery store, whatever the family needs, so looking for someone who is flexible, and can offer additional hours – sometimes with little notice.

The family is looking for someone who is hypersensitive to their needs/schedules, a careful driver with no history of accidents or moving violations, patient, non-emotional, calm natured (no road rage), and ability to add value to the family’s lives by giving them the time to spend productively.  The Assistant must have their own vehicle, mileage will be paid. Time management is a key function to the job, you must always be punctual. The family want a long term commitment and the ability to build trust with the Assistant, be flexible and truly enjoy driving and working with children (no nanny experience is required as children are grade school and older).

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week- including occasional Saturday/weekend activities

Compensation: Hourly DOE, and paid on a W-2; mileage will be paid

Must pass full background and reference check; DMV report must be provided
