PART-TIME (30 HOURS PER WEEK) EXECUTIVE / HANDS-ON HOUSEKEEPER IN MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA

Miami Beach, FL client is seeking an Executive level Housekeeper for a 7,000 sq. ft. oceanfront property. There are no children residing in the home. During the summer months the client is not on property and starting in the fall, will probably be there every other week.

As the Housekeeper, you will be good with technological systems (CRESTRON is used in this home for all needs). Always checking systems to make sure the house is running properly, basics from checking lightbulbs to ensuring there are no leaks anywhere, and will do a general daily walk-through of the home. You are responsible for the daily cleaning and deep cleaning of this ocean front residence. Serving experience is a plus as there will be a need to assist with an occasional dinner party, but there is no cooking involved for this position.

Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of estate Housekeeping experience. Someone who works well self-motivated, does not sit on the phone when client is not at home, checks all corners for cobwebs and dust, cleaning sand and dirt off of balconies and interior/exterior areas. You are a meticulous cleaner with a great eye for detail and a friendly but not familiar personality. Respecting boundaries and privacy. Management of closets, pantries, inventories, informing the EA/PA when repairs are needed. Admitting the vendors and watching them in the home to be sure they are working carefully. Removing any debris or trash from property. General day to day needs of this beautiful home!

Location: Miami Beach, FL

Start Date: Immediate/permanent hire

Schedule: 5 days a week from 11AM-5PM (30 hours per week)

Compensation: $75k-$85k per year/DOE

Must pass full background and reference check
