Overnight Nanny in West Palm Beach! Seeking a mature seasoned nanny with 10+ years of experience with infants! 

The overnight nanny in West Palm Beach will live-out and work a five to six day per week schedule, 8pm to 10am. Very hands on parents, seeking an experienced Nanny, who is nurturing and shares similar philosophies, able to receive direction. No strong personalities or those unwilling to accept constructive feedback / work with parent’s ideas for child rearing. An understanding of boundaries is appreciated in this home; family does want a warm and nurturing overnight nanny who can offer guidance and suggestions but understands that their ideas may not always be the ones parent’s go with. Emotional intelligence, no ego, sensitive to first time parents.

Home is fully staffed, and bustling. The overnight nanny will not “live-in” but a bed is provided in the baby’s room during work hours. Must understand working in a HNW environment. Big egos would not be the right fit with this family, they are grounded and kind, and look for the same in their overnight nanny. Family’s main home is in West Palm Beach, but there will be travel around 25% of the year starting in 2022.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Local West Palm Beach or close by
• Prior overnight care with infants
• Travel experience
• First time parent experience
• Having worked in a fully staffed, UHNW environment a plus
• Ability to take direction, be adaptable and flexible with parental requests
