DUCHESS COUNTY, NY FAMILY SEEKING A NANNY WITH EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS FULL TIME LIVE OUT POSITION
Family in Duchess County, NY with 2 children under 5 years old is seeking a full time, live-out Nanny with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Family needs more than a nanny; someone who can think ahead about the children’s schedule, get everything ready the day/night before, be proactive about scheduling conflicts and navigate, help daughter with her online tutoring when Mom can’t, and engage son (just under 2 yrs old) at a level that teaches him new things and allows him freedom to explore.
Someone who needs to be managed 50% of the time will not work out. As a reference point, current nanny is on a shared calendar and Mom might spend 10 minutes a week with her going over schedule/thinking ahead. She sees what needs to be done and does it on time, often ahead of time. She also sees what cleaning/tidying up/laundry needs to be done and does it before Mom gets a chance to. A “do-er” who offers more than babysitting the hours away is what we are seeking!
There is a private driver available for the nanny and children to go to school, activities, parks, shopping, etc. Nanny will need a car only to get to/from work.

- Wednesday-Sunday schedule
- 7am-7pm (overtime paid)
- Family appreciates a Nanny who does not spend time on their phone and has recent experience in the home with children of the same ages.
- While they don’t expect any international travel in the next year, they should have a valid US Passport.
- Salary open and negotiable for the right candidate.
