MULTI RESIDENCE HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED IN VENTURA, CA

Couple seeking full charge housekeeper in Ventura, CA. Housekeeper will be in charge of beach residence, one-story midtown house, and 3 Airbnb apartments (2 bd/1ba, 1bd/1ba, and studio). Couple has one cat. As the housekeeper, you should have these soft skills: discreet, accurate, thorough attention to detail, fluent English speaker and reader, friendly but not familiar, good with boundaries, keeping an eye on inventory or repairs, and letting the principal know if maintenance is required. Pet friendly. Looking for a punctual, reliable, responsible, and organized individual. Covid vaccination is a must.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Day to day cleaning: mopping and vacuuming daily
• Deep clean fridge and dispose of expired goods as part of the daily/weekly needs
• Laundry; towels and personal laundry
• Practical tidying up of the home
• Inventorying
• Various ad-hoc projects
• Changing of litter box
• Everything should be kept in its place; the way principal left it

Location: Ventura, California
Contract Length: Full-time/Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

Pets: 1 Cat

Working Days: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: 6-8 hour days

Salary: $35 an hour

Must pass full background and reference check and be fully vaccinated
