METICULOUS EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR FAMILY IN NEW YORK CITY

Client in NYC is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to work (as the lead part of a team) at a 15k sq ft tri-level loft residence. Teenage children reside in the home part time. One family dog (very sweet) is there full time who has a dog walker and goes to dog care Monday-Friday.

Client works from home, the Executive Housekeeper (and her team) will be mindful of noise and work downstairs when client(s) are upstairs. Other duties will be done until clients come down, then regular day to day maintenance of the residence will be required.

Responsible for preparing meals for the children when they are in residence(regular eaters, nothing extraordinary), and possible meal(s) for the principal if the Executive Housekeeper knows how to cook vegan meals or is willing to learn/follow recipes. There may be some ordering online or shopping for vegan meals. The responsibilities include but are not limited to, day-to-day cleaning, stocking and inventory, laundry, cooking meals and online ordering. During times when the family are traveling or not in residence, deep cleaning projects will be completed. There is a “runner” available for when the Housekeepers need supplies, or something requires immediate stocking. Must have excellent organization ability and inventorying. A meticulous eye for detail and forethought to maintain back stock of everything.

The Executive Housekeeper’s schedule will be Tuesday through Sunday and the hours will be discussed upon the client interview. 6 days per week is the required schedule.

Location: Soho, New York

Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday (however, the day off may vary from week to week when children are in residence, so must be flexible with day off)

Compensation: $120k per year, 6 days/week.  (5 days @ $120k, 6^th day is paid a day rate) and health insurance included
