MEDIA/GAMING/FINE ART/FASHION/CRYPTO SAVVY EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – FLUENT IN SPANISH – MIAMI, FL

Our client is seeking a unique and driven Executive Assistant who speaks Spanish fluently to handle operations and provide administrative support to the principal who has interest in the spaces of fashion, fine art, gaming, crypto, and tech. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, available to respond after hours, strong accounting/numbers skills, and start up experience, and ability to manage projects end to end. This role will require working with Spanish speaking vendors, management of rental properties, understanding the cryptocurrency space, working with VC and investors, trademark handling, and communication with teams,amongst other responsibilities. The Executive Assistant will be Miami based (preference for local candidates), can possibly work remotely on the east coast.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property management for rental properties in Florida and Costa Rica
• Assist with trademark handling and registration
• Handle professional correspondence and communication with investors
• Utilize RACI charts to prioritize tasks
• Keep the principal organized and maintain his schedules
• Liaise and communicate with vendors and contractors in Spanish
• Stay updated with the latest technical trends to inform and advise the principal
• Flexibly handle projects from conception to completion
• Have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and suggesting solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with a passion for numbers
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwareand organizational applications
• Property management experience
• Prefer a degree in Business or Accounting
• Spanish fluency required
• In-person position preferred in Miami, but principal is open to remote work from the east coast
