Luxury home in Manhattan Beach needs a part-time housekeeper to keep fine furnishings sparkling!

This super clean and organized family needs someone one day per week to clean their 3500sqft residence. They would also like one additional day per month to focus solely on exterior cleaning (outdoor furniture, railings of porch, and windows, etc.).

Housekeeper would work approximately 5 days per month, one day per week (must be a weekday) and then one additional day per month for exterior cleaning.

Seeking a thoughtful person who will read the instructions on how to properly clean the high-end fixtures in their home. Familiarity with Waterworks products a plus, high end appliances, and a truly superb attention to detail with instructions on how to clean surfaces in this household.

• This position will not be responsible for pet care or childcare.
• 4 Bedroom/4.5Bathrooms
• $35/hour Cash
• Must speak fluent English, Spanish speaking a plus!
• Preference will go to candidates fully vaccinated for Covid
• Must be able to pass a background check and have great references!
