ROTA NANNY FOR BEVERLY HILLS, CA FAMILY – MUST BE BASED IN LOS ANGELES, CA

Lovely family in Beverly Hills are seeking an experienced rotational nanny based in Los Angeles, CA with a schedule totaling 77 hours per week worked, every other week. The schedule is  7 days on/7 days off. For the right candidate, this family may assist with relocation if you are not local in Los Angeles currently.

Monday through Friday, 9/10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 8 PM (subject to change). This totals approximately 77 hours.

If Nanny works a 24-hour schedule, (during travel). they are paid based on 24 hours, plus paid any overtime. There is a good amount of travel involved.

Nanny would be joining a team of three other nannies to support 2 children under five years old. This is a live out position, full-time benefits are offered with hourly rate up to $50ph DOE. Family travel approximately six plus weeks per year, both internationally and domestically.

We are looking for an experienced team playing nanny, who has worked with a large staff and in an ultra-high net worth environment. Exceptional teamwork skills required. A nurturing and high EQ, strong presence, confident and outspoken, but not aggressive personality type. Gets along well with other team members; creative, educated, strong work ethic, and loves children.

A valid passport, and willingness to travel and work long hours, be able to flex with schedule changes. Must be comfortable with an NDA, working with security guards and multiple staff members.

Must be physically active with ability to run around with young children without tiring out. Being able to provide developmental activities for the age groups, creating engaging outings when traveling, assisting with cognitive and hand eye coordination and other developmental support.

Spanish language from Spain is preferred, but any additional language is a plus.

There will be no driving, or cooking, there is a chef who preps the children’s and the nanny meals. Nanny will clean up after themselves and do children’s laundry.

Valid passport to travel internationally.

Contract Length: Full time

Salary: Approximately $120k base salary/DOE (this does not include any travel/overnight compensation which is offered)
