Our Orange County clients are seeking a Housekeeper/Household Assistant to live-on property in a SEPARATE STUDIO with paid utilities for a full time permanent position. This is a weekend/vacation home for our clients, they do not live here year round.

Household Assistant/Housekeeper will be responsible for daily cleaning of interior and exterior of property, managing any grounds crews, vendors, maintenance personnel, etc. Fluid with all cleaning – deep/daily support, laundry needs, washing windows and outdoor furniture, special deep cleaning projects, organizing, tidying closets/drawers and other pantry spaces, keeping an eye out for any services or repairs that may be needed at the property. Stocking, shopping, informing principals of any supplies that may need to be ordered or purchased.

As clients are not on property full time, the ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and independent individual who can create work for themselves, check in with clients, carefully clean and maintain the home to client’s standards.

Trustworthy, able to pass a thorough background check, and have perfect references are required for this position. You will be entrusted with maintaining the principals’ main residence and a guest house, all fully furnished.

Housekeeper/Assistant will be given a studio apartment, good for one person, to live-in, fully paid with utilities paid as well. Job is full time, Monday-Friday (with weekends needed only if a vendor or the family are at the house). Usual work hours (40 hours/week).
