LANDSCAPER/GARDENER FOR HANCOCK PARK PROPERTY

Wonderful family is in need of an experienced Landscaper/Gardener for their Hancock Park property in Los Angeles.

This is a very large property with lots of citrus trees, a vegetable herb garden (serviced by an outside vendor), dozens of potted plants (serviced by an outside vendor), hedges, 4 fountains, 25 palm trees, a rose garden and other beautiful areas to the property. The Landscaper/Gardner will focus on maintaining the gardens and keeping hedges and trees in pristine condition, clearing leaves and debris, cleaning out the fountains and maintaining the solutions/chemicals for the fountains, weeding, mowing lawns, keeping an eye out for spider mites and other garden pests. Some exterior maintenance support is needed. This position reports to the Estate Manager and family.

The Landscaper/Gardener will be well versed in horticulture, garden pest control, solutions/chemicals, and plant diseases. Knowledgeable with reticulation as there has been some issues with this and irrigation systems

Contract Length: Full-time/permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: $40 per hour
