HYBRID NANNY MANAGER FOR BEVERLY HILLS, CA FAMILY

An ultra-high net worth family in Beverly Hills, CA is looking for a highly organized Nanny Manager for a busy household. This is a hybrid role where you would be needed on-site, with some ability to work remotely from your own home office.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 4 rotational Nannies,including setting/maintaining Nanny schedules, ensuring all Nannies are up to date with training, confirming Nannies have the same focus in terms of caring for the children, setting up procedures for unforeseen circumstances, onboarding new Nannies, and purchasing all childcare related supplies. The Nanny Manager will also handle any Nanny issues, covering when a Nanny is out, some light travel may be required andconveying any child related issues to the principals.

We are looking for an experienced team player, who has worked as a Nanny. The Nanny Manager has worked with other Nannies and staff, in a UHNW environment. Exceptional teamwork skills required. A nurturing personality and high EQ, strong  but not aggressive presence, confident and well spoken. Gets along well with other team members; creative, educated, strong work ethic, and of course, loves children.

This salaried position will be a full time Coordinator role. Rota experience a plus, senior Nanny management skills also a plus.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Contract Length: Full-time working both from your home and the principal’s

Schedule: Schedule is TBD

Salary: Salaried up to 120k per year, DOE + excellent benefit package
