Young busy professional couple seeking hands on Hybrid House Manager/Personal Assistant in Manhattan Beach, CA 

Busy young family are looking to find the perfect hands-on candidate to add to their household!

Our clients are very energetic, lead an active lifestyle, and enjoy hosting and being social. The ideal House Manager/Personal Assistant will have a very upbeat hands-on attitude, someone who does not need a lot of direction and can anticipate needs (getting fresh flowers, ensuring all remotes/digital devices have working batteries, periodically checking and restocking items as they are needed, reminding them of social events, purchasing gifts, helping to plan events, and more). The perfect candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a head for management, and common sense. The principal provides a very casual work setting, this is not a formal household. You must love children (there is a nanny), and dogs, and not be allergic to animals of any kind. Ability to work remotely 2 days/week and from their home/running errands 3 days/week. Daily walks of the property to ensure all is running efficiently; taking notes if any repairs are needed; speaking with landscaping, housekeepers. Managing calendars (being app savvy and getting family/HM on a shared calendar is a big plus!), managing travel and researching itineraries/best rates. This is a great opportunity to work in casual attire and flow in and out!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain calendars

Ensure everyone is digitally connected

Travel bookings

Make appointments as directed

Working with their nanny to make sure they have car seats and travel gear

Running grocery errands and using Instacart

Pick up dry cleaning

Stocking fridge and other household supplies

Supervising housekeepers, landscapers/gardeners, trades and service personnel

Pick up/stock medicine as needed

Plan events (kids parties, social gatherings, other)

Purchase gifts as requested

Required Traits and Skills:

Computer and App savvy

Proactive

Self-motivated

Organized and detail oriented

Able to multitask

Resourceful

Keen eye for details and style

No pet allergies, must love dogs

Experience working in a home with children

Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

This is a hybrid position, with ability to work remotely and three days on site

$100K Salary

Up to $500/month stipend to cover benefits
