HOUSEKEEPER FULL TIME, IN PHOENIX, AZ – BILTMORE ESTATES

Established couple is looking for a permanent full time – full charge housekeeper in the Biltmore Estates. This is a 14,000 square ft. home. As the housekeeper, you should possess these soft skills: great attention to detail, fluent English speaker/reader, careful while cleaning fine finishes, organization, and the ability to learn and adapt in the household. There is a household manual to refer to for principal’s cleaning solutions. You will mostly be maintaining the home and keeping common areas clean in addition to the laundry, while principals are in residence 9 months out of the year approximately.

Principals travel during the summer months; the housekeeper will perform deep cleaning tasks during this time. The husband works from home, so Housekeeper needs to be sound sensitive.

If you are someone who enjoys cooking or baking that is a bonus, with no obligation. No errands are necessary but flexibility to help on occasion when House Manager is not present may be required from time to time. The Housekeeper is needed Monday through Friday hours either 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm hours offered (40 hours/week) with occasional extra hours as needed, must be flexible. You will be working as a sole charge Housekeeper and report to the house manager. Two weeks’ vacation is available, and a daily, weekly, monthly schedule is provided.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors (using non-toxic cleaners)
• Clean and stock bathrooms
• Notify manager if any repairs are necessary
• Fine item laundry, ironing, and steaming
• Practical tidying up of the home
• Inventorying
• Organization of the home

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Contract Length: Full time/permanent

Start Date: Immediate

Working Days: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm hours offered

Salary: $35-$40 per hour with two weeks’ vacation per year
