Seeking a skilled, top of their game Housekeeper to provide routine household cleaning for a great client located in Malibu! Must have the experience, knowledge, and organizational skills it takes to up keep a formally run property!

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure 5-star daily housekeeping services are provided to family and guests
• Coordinate and schedule external vendors and services as needed
• Maintain and update household calendars and schedules
• Create and implement standard operating procedures
• Organize ongoing household improvement projects
• Oversee and provide hands-on support of daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual housekeeping tasks, which includes straightening, through cleaning, and deep cleaning.
• Provide high end table settings and design, cocktail service, discrete meal service
• Manage household inventory, taking note of principal’s preferences, and restock as needed, including personal items
• Shopping and running errands for the household locally

Desired Qualifications: 

• Highly preferred experience in a chief stewardess or second stewardess role on board a private yacht OR previous management experience in a luxury estate or 5-star hotel setting
• Knowledgeable in cleaning and care of fine fabrics and furnishings
• Elegant yet practical service
• Creative problem solver
• Valid Driver’s License

This position will work full time at a large modern Malibu property. A typical day will consist of cleaning for about 4-5 hours, starting at 10am, and then running local errands for the household.

Full time, Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evening and weekends as requested. Family does like to entertain so party and event assistance as needed. Must be pet friendly.
