HOUSEKEEPER FOR WEST HOLLYWOOD HOME – 6 DAYS/WEEK – HIRING ASAP!

This position is for a very organized individual with a keen eye for detail and ability to work one weekend day.

In this position you will work closely with 2 other housekeepers and a Houseman to ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the household.

Cleaning duties are shared in the morning, stating what rooms throughout the day are required to be cleaned. Throughout the day you will be keeping track of the movements of the family, you will need to be a self-starter who understands the expectations of the family. On a daily base you will be responsible for:

• Cleanliness throughout the entire house, this house is separated in different zones and the tasks are shared daily to keep a nice workflow throughout the week, no day is the same.
• Feed and provide care to the beloved furry friends, there are 3 small dogs and 2 cats.
• Daily walkthrough of the house to check if certain zones were used, clean accordingly and report to the estate manager during the daily staff meeting.
• Make sure the kitchen, fridge and breakfast room are organized in the morning.
• Check the refrigerators and restock items when necessary.
• Laundry duties, divide dry-cleaning and delicates from the daily washing, ironing  and have close contact with 2 different dry cleaners on a weekly basis.
• Prepare the breakfast trays for the family when needed, small breakfast such as toast and eggs.
• Share information with your team members regarding movements of the family and work closely with the other housekeepers to ensure the daily tasks are met.
• Clean and prepare the bedrooms to the highest level, there are checklists per room and per individual that you will have to follow until they become your daily routine.
• Keep track of the families daily products, such as shampoo and vitamins.
• Iron the beds, we work with Laurastar, fast and efficient. You will work with the best tools available.
• Run errands, prepare flower arrangements and help with themed events and activities.
