Large estate and great clients in the Seattle area are seeking TWO NEW HOUSEKEEPERS for the PM shifts

First position is the Head Housekeeper, who will be hands on with all needs in the home: detailed and daily cleaning, laundry and ironing, management of delicate and fine fabrics, spot treatments of clothes, rugs and other areas around the home, breaking down boxes and organization of areas around the estate, and the management of another housekeeper who will work the PM shift with you. Ability to manage others, supervise and encourage good work practices and manage vendors is expected of this Head Housekeeper position. Proactive nature, leadership qualities and a “do as I do” management approach.

Second position is a Housekeeper role who will be supervised and work alongside the Head Housekeeper. Usual duties of daily and deep cleaning, laundry and ironing, keeping home guest ready at all time, supporting the Head Housekeeper with all ad-hoc projects, detailed oversight of interior and exterior of property. Organizing closets, drawers and all areas around the estate.

Both positions will work Monday through Friday, 1pm-9pm, with occasional needs (advance notice) of weekends when there are guests on property or another set of hands may be required for events, etc.

Excellent salary and benefits are offered. Seeking motivated, proactive, refined Housekeepers who offer a solid background working in fine ultra high net worth homes and estates. Ability to work self-supervised, and provide formal service as needed.

Relocation assistance is now being offered. Would need to be available for a 2 week trial and then upon hire, relocation assistance provided for quick move to Seattle area.
