A Dynamic, hardworking, service-oriented family based in Palm Beach, Florida is looking for an exceptional House Manager and captain of multi-tasking to become an integral part of their team.

The tempo of business and life in this role is both rapid and ever-changing. We are looking for an individual who has a logistical mind, can adapt to change, anticipate needs, and navigate the complexity of this family’s life. In this role you will support both the family’s professional and personal lives. Daily focus includes but is not limited to managing a calendar that habitually changes by the minute. This entails relationship management of vendors, and both personal and business associates coordinating highly detailed travel logistics with many moving parts. Responsibilities also include attending meetings and capturing action items to communicate and execute necessary outcomes. You will always be moving the ball forward!
