Young, busy couple living in the Hollywood Hills area are seeking a full time, on point Personal Assistant for a long term commitment.
Great clients, involved in entertainment, the arts, real estate ventures, and other businesses, are seeking someone who can proactively support their needs, provide exceptional organization and follow-through, answer emails, run errands and run interference. Coordinate repairs, travel itineraries, diary management, ability to work independently and not need to be hand-held. Great with timekeeping, adding reminders to your phone to keep them on track, help with a to-do list, provide updates regarding work you complete and what is left for the next day/week/month.
Both principals will need your support, so a good “all-rounder” who can act as both hybrid Personal Assistant with House Management would be exceptional. An easy going personality, they are not formal or stuffy but prefer a community mentality. Your hands will be involved in all aspects of their lives, and confidentiality of the highest order is important here. Ability to “lifestyle manage”, set up their House Manual, liaise with extended family while always representing the clients professionally.
You may be asked to go to the house if they travel and keep an eye on the property, but mostly will work virtually to start. You will go to the house if needed, living close to the Hollywood area could be helpful for last minute or quick needs.
They would love an energetic PA with a strong work history of minimum 5 years, great resourcer, excellent computer and analytical skills, good with tech, working knowledge of programs (MS Office, Google suite, etc.). Prior experience in entertainment or real estate helpful but not required. Excellent admin and PA skills are what is required.
Monday-Friday unless something comes up then they may ask for your help during an evening or weekend, but they are very respectful of your time and days off.
