HEAD HOUSEKEEPER FOR HIGH-END HOME IN MALIBU

We are looking for a skilled housekeeper who can oversee all housekeeping services, household provisioning, and general household operations for a luxury, high-end home in the Malibu, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Provide Five Star daily housekeeping service provided to family, guests, and associates
• Ability to provision and stock all groceries, toiletries, supplements and other household necessities
• Manage dry cleaning and laundry services
• Supervision and coordination of external vendors and service personnel if needed
• Execution of daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual housekeeping tasks, including daily straightening, thorough cleaning, and deep cleaning
• Experience with table setting, cocktail service, discrete meal service execution
• Maintain inventories and preference lists

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Chief Stewardess or Second Stewardess role on board a private yacht highly preferred
• Previous management experience in a luxury estate or 5 Star hotel setting will be considered
• Educated in cleaning and caring for unique clothing and other household materials

• Ability to inspire trust, lead and facilitate with strong interpersonal skills and move from ideas to outcomes
• An elegant yet pragmatic personal presence
• A natural leader and creative problem solver

Location: Malibu, CA

Hours: Full time (with occasional evenings and weekends)

Compensation: $40.00 per hour depending on experience
