Ultra High Net Worth clients in Beverly Hills are seeking a Handyman/Property Maintenance Manager

This position will work Monday-Friday, 40+hours week (not sure of the exact hours yet), with some occasional weekend needs when there is an emergency, etc. The couple need someone who can handle it all as the clients are moving into a new home in September and there will be a lot of “fix it” needs as well as managing outside service vendors and contractors. Duties may include but not limited to: painting and drywall repair, electrical and plumbing repairs, landscaping and general home maintenance. Possible vetting of the outside vendors and working with Estate Manager to ensure all systems are running to perfection. Ability to do troubleshooting both interior and exterior of the property.

The Property Maintenance Manager will have experience working in either UHNW homes or hospitality, have a background in construction or commensurate experience in Handyman services. Daily and weekly walking of the grounds, reporting any issues to Estate Manager, supporting (when needed) Housekeeping with changing light bulbs, moving furniture or other ad hoc needs. You may be needed to run errands or pick up items at hardware stores, etc., so a working vehicle will be needed (mileage reimbursement is offered).

Ability to review invoices from vendors and track shipments for your department, communicate effectively and expeditiously, ability to use a computer and/or smart phone device.
