Our great clients are looking for a Handyman/Housekeeper Domestic Couple for a brand new position in Idaho! We love these clients – and have worked with them on several positions – it’s an awesome place to work!

Busy professional family, they often travel with a small entourage of some staff, etc.The property has been undergoing renovations, add-ons and construction, so lots of vendors and contractors to deal with. Property is gorgeous, hot springs running through the grounds. No young children – but sometimes adult kids and friends travel with them.

Clients do not live here full time, they visit between 60-70 days out of the year for a maximum of 10 days at a time; you receive advance notice of their arrival to get stocked and ready. You would be “ON” for the length of their stay – could be long hours, but it’s only during the time they visit, then you can go back to much more relaxed schedule. (More on this below).

They want a property couple/team to handle the Housekeeper and Handyman needs. For the Handyman: good strong basic skills, and able to trouble shoot, handle electrical/plumbing/drywall and painting/tech savvy, then elevate if needed and bring in a company to fix the HVAC or whatever is out of your wheelhouse. Management of contractors and vendors. Daily walks around the property. Updating the Florida EM about any issues or repairs that may be needed. Stocking and supplying. Managing landscapers. You might even need to jump on a snowblower!

Housekeeping (deep or daily as needed), laundry/ironing, tidying up around the estate and grounds. Keeping home principal and guest ready at all times. Keeping a lovely peaceful environment for them, and respecting their private/quiet time. Observing best time to clean when they are there – ghost service.

There is a private guest house offered for this couple, separate but on property guest house. Will confirm if a vehicle is provided.

The hours would be Monday-Friday or if a vendor is there on the weekend, you may need to handle that, but if there is no work that day and your work is done – schedule can be flexible. When clients are not on property, you can be flexible with your days working, providing you are managing whatever is needed (vendors, etc.). Hours  are not “set” in stone. This can all be worked out with the Florida EM and Chief of Staff (everyone is at base camp in Florida).

Salary is open, with benefits (amazing benefits, full medical/dental/vision/410k/Employee Stock/Life Insurance and bonuses). Two weeks’ vacation per year.
