FULL-SERVICE EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR CEO IN WEST PALM BEACH, FL
Our lovely client in West Palm Beach is looking for a dynamic Executive Personal Assistant for his office and home. The executive is a very busy financial CEO and needs his assistant to be accurate, punctual, and anticipate his needs.
You will be responsible for setting up structure and systems, liaising with household and office staff, and vendors and contractors, it is imperative to have a collaborative mindset. Heavy executive support is needed, he needs someone on their “A” game at all times to spot discrepancies, correspond professionally, and be quick with administrative duties.
The executive seeks someone who has a concierge mentality when it comes to personal matters. Someone who can remember important birthdays and offer gifts for him to choose from preemptively. Building a whole dossier on the CEO to know his likes and dislikes.
There will be a good amount of travel for this position, so understanding how to work on-the-go is necessary. Heavy research skills are needed to find the best hotels and restaurants, finding out everything you can about the destination, and the surroundings prior to arriving. Checking the weather; If you know it will be raining, you make sure to send the executive with an umbrella. Very detail oriented to meet his needs.
This is a full-time Monday through Friday position with flexibility for weekends or after-hour emergencies. 24/7 and a business mindset are key.
You will work from either the CEO’s office or the client’s home, so you must have a reliable vehicle to commute.
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week with flexibility for weekends or after-hours emergencies
Compensation: Open/DOE (please send your salary requirements), benefits, and relocation will be offered for the right candidate
