FULL CHARGE HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED IN SAN DIEGO

Single client is looking for a part time full charge housekeeper in the San Diego area. This is an 1800 square foot, one-story residence. As the housekeeper you should have these soft skills: discreet, accurate, fluent English speaker and reader, friendly but not familiar, good with boundaries, good with managing vendors and trades, keeping an eye on the property for repairs, and letting the principal know if maintenance is required. Experience working in a high profile/UHNW household. NDA required. You are punctual, reliable, responsible, and organized. You will be doing inventorying of basic goods in the house and replenshing when needing.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Laundress who can read labels, hand wash, iron, and steam clothing
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle to run multiple errands
• Deep and weekly cleaning as well as projects
• Opening and receiving packages
• Packing for trips
• Possible housesitting for two dogs
• Must love dogs

Location: Ocean Beach Point, San Diego
Contract Length: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

Dogs:Yes, two

Working Days: Friday or Saturday
Working Hours: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Salary: $35 an hour

Must pass full background and reference check.
