FORMAL HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED FOR PRIVATE FAMILY IN DALLAS, TX-LOCAL CANDIDATES

Our client, located in the heart of Dallas, Texas, is currently in search of a dedicated and professional Live Out Housekeeper to join their household team. This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of a fully staffed, formal residence consisting of 5 bedrooms. The family comprises 2 principals, their 2 children (ages 7 and 6 months), alongside their beloved 2 cats and a dog.

As a member of the housekeeper team, teamwork and effective communication are essential qualities you must possess. The team is composed of 3 housekeepers in total, necessitating your ability to collaborate seamlessly, adeptly manage tasks, and share responsibilities judiciously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough cleaning and maintenance of the residence to impeccable standards
• Skillful organization and arrangement of various household items and spaces
• Assisting in meal service, ensuring timely and well-presented meals are prepared
• Handling laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes with meticulous care
• Providing valuable support in the kitchen, aiding with meal preparation and cleanup

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar domestic role is highly desirable
• Exceptional teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse household
• Detail-oriented approach to cleaning and organization
• Proficiency in household tasks, including meal preparation and laundry
• Respectful and courteous demeanor when interacting with the family and fellow staff members

Location: Dallas, TX

Contract Length: Full-time/permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, rotation-based schedule spanning 5 days a week

Salary: $45k annually and benefits offered
